11. Excessive, Exploitative or Harmful Usage
ChatPlayground reserves the right to immediately or temporarily suspend accounts without refunds for the following actions: 1) sharing of accounts among multiple individuals or bots, 2) submitting sexually explicit content to the AI, 3) attempting to incite violence through AI responses, 4) running scripts to exploit the AI on ChatPlayground, 5) incurring usage costs that exceed 2.5 times the monthly subscription fees charged by ChatPlayground, and 6) engaging in any activities that the company deems to be outside normal usage at its discretion.
ChatPlayground reserves the right to immediately or temporarily suspend accounts without refunds for the following actions: 1) sharing of accounts among multiple individuals or bots, 2) submitting sexually explicit content to the AI, 3) attempting to incite violence through AI responses, 4) running scripts to exploit the AI on ChatPlayground, 5) incurring usage costs that exceed 2.5 times the monthly subscription fees charged by ChatPlayground, and 6) engaging in any activities that the company deems to be outside normal usage at its discretion.
12. Right to Terminate Usage Temporarily
For paid accounts, if usage surpasses $80 in costs as assessed internally by the ChatPlayground team, the account will be immediately terminated for the remainder of the month. Similarly, if daily usage exceeds $10 in costs as determined internally, the account will be suspended for that day. These measures are implemented to prevent the excessive exploitation of ChatPlayground's resources, ensuring that the service remains accessible to all users and that the platform remains sustainable. Repeated violations of these usage limits may result in permanent suspension of the account.
